We all need to give ourselves a chance to relax from time to time.

Here are some ideas.



Simply Breathe ...

There are so many things we can do to help us relax. But one relaxation techniques we can all do daily is to simply, breathe.

Find a comfortable chair or bed in a quiet spot free from interruptions. Just a short amount of time will do wonders for you.

Now, simply breathe ... nice and slow, in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Focus on the good and light coming into your body with each breath. Feel the bad and dark leaving your body as you breath out.

It is that simple and it really does help you to relax!
